Shipping/Handling

We are able to ship our products anywhere in the world. We offer UPS, FedEx, and other shipping systems. Our shipments are also insured.

Layaway

WICKWIRE offers a layaway option for our customers. A non-refundable deposit is required, and payment schedule will be determined by the WICKWIRE staff.

Delivery Services

Free delivery is available anywhere within 15 miles of our location. Between 15 and 30 miles, there is a $25.00 fee for delivery, and beyond 30 miles will be quoted by WICKWIRE staff.

Special Commissions

Your ideas in various media can be brought to life by our artists using their artistic license. Bring your concept to us - measurements, color, texture, design - and we will contact the for you to work out the details.

Pricing for these projects is established by the Gallery and the Artist. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required with the balance due upon delivery of the artwork.

Custom Orders

Custom orders of existing artwork are available upon request.

Complimentary Gallery Gift Wrap

We would be happy to wrap your purchase in our Gallery gift wrap. This would be a labeled box with natural raffia.

Special Gift Wrap

For a nominal fee of $4.00, we'll wrap your gift in special paper with a decorative bow.

Art Consultation

WICKWIRE is proud to offer in-home consultation to provide assistance in design and decor selection. There is a $75.00 fee without a purchase and is free of charge with a purchase of $500.00 or more.

Return Policy

We offer a full refund within seven days with a receipt; Gallery credit after seven days; and no exchanges or returns after 14 days.

All sales are final for sale items, special commissions, custom orders, and layaways.

All deposits are non-refundable.
